Hygiene-sealed cosmetics

For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics cannot be returned. Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or with the wrong item, we will replace it or refund the full amount at your option. Send a photo to WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped, the standard return process applies.
